I’ve had 3 surgeries on my r shoulder since 2015. Rotators cuff, labrum x2. I’ve been military for 14 years and counting, been dealing with chronic pain, so there’s no slowing down. I’ve used a lot of over the counter stuff but this Heat Wave Roll has truly helped me get through lifts and longer runs. It doesn’t leave that tacky shit on my clothing and the heat vs cooling is what makes it forever mine. It loosens my muscles up rather than that tight feeling icy hot gives. I will definitely be using this from this point forward for extra aid in the gym and for kickboxing. Also, the hubs uses it on his knees before training and loves it.
