CBD is usually taken sublingually and absorbed into the bloodstream by capillaries in the cheek, gums, and under the tongue. It drops into the tissue inside the mouth to promote absorption. Most people start with 5-10mg and go from there.

Cara W. This CBD oil helps me have a better sleep. The drops are an easy way to meter any dose you would want. I found the Natural Flavor to be very mild and easy to take.
